Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MapMyRange account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it — choose whichever works for you. You do not need to be signed in to this page to read these instructions.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:

1. Open the MapMyRange app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and data are removed as described below. This action cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we’ll delete your account for you:

• Send an email to support@mapmyrange.com from the email address associated with your account.
• Use the subject line Delete My Account.

We verify the request comes from your account’s email address and fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove all of the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your account and profile (email, name, account identifier).
• Your golf shot records (bag, club, distance, and timestamp data).
• Your bag and club data.
• Your range session history and any saved sessions.
• Your range consents, push notification tokens, notification preferences, and in-app messages.

What is retained

We do not retain your personal data after deletion. If we are required by law to keep a minimal, non-identifying record of the fact that a deletion request was made (for example, to demonstrate compliance), that record contains no personal data beyond what the law requires. We never keep your data for advertising or resale.
